I am Dee Soffer Ninary, an entrepreneur, mentor, and lifelong student of what makes a meaningful life.

For more than three decades, I have built businesses, led communities, and supported hundreds of people as they navigated change, questioned old definitions of success, and made decisions about what comes next.

Along the way, I learned that the most important conversations rarely begin with advice. They begin with honesty. With slowing down long enough to notice what is working, what is not, what keeps repeating, and what we may already know but have not been ready to say out loud.

That belief became Life Sucks & Then You Die*, a reflection guide filled with personal stories, practical frameworks, and questions designed to help people reconnect with what matters most. It also became Journey Into Me, a space where those reflections can continue through individual guidance, virtual meetups, workshops, and honest conversation.

I do not believe anyone needs another person telling them how to live. I believe we sometimes need someone who can listen without judgment, notice what we are not seeing, ask the question beneath the question, and help us trust our own clarity.

That is the work I love.
